To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Decisive Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or reliance on information provided.

  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user to Decisive Group for the service in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
